Our daily schedule is designed to support social-emotional, physical, and intellectual growth through fun, enriching activities tailored to each child's needs.

At The Lighthouse, we are dedicated to nurturing the whole child through engaging daily lessons in math, language arts, science, and art. Our play-based approach makes learning fun and developmentally appropriate for children ages 2-5. Using the High Scope math curriculum, we introduce key concepts such as algebra, geometry, number sense, measurement, and data analysis in ways that inspire curiosity and understanding. To prepare preschoolers for kindergarten, we incorporate Zoophonics into our daily routine, helping them master letter recognition and sounds. Language development continues during circle time with singing, storytelling, and interactive group activities centered around exciting weekly themes.
Daily Before/After School Care
 

We provide safe and reliable transportation for school-age children to and from Barratt Elementary.

After school, children enjoy a healthy snack before receiving one-on-one homework support as needed. Once homework and individual reading are complete, they can explore a variety of engaging activity centers, such as blocks and manipulatives, a library, computers (educational games only, with a 20-minute limit), a STEM room, dramatic play, puzzles, and the beloved Disney room.
